Are you looking to make new friends?
If you are an adult 18+ years old, have a learning disability and/or autism and looking to be matched with a Gig Buddy who you make friends with and share interests in Portsmouth. If you live in postcode areas PO1-PO6, would like to improve your social life and build a long-term friendship, please get in contact. We host monthly group social events which you can attend once you have signed up as a Gig Buddies Portsmouth Participant and we encourage these as an additional way of making new friends.

Gig Buddies Portsmouth is a project that aims to improve the social lives of adults with a learning disability and/or autism in Portsmouth.
As a Volunteer, you would be matched with an adult and aim to build a long-term friendship and meet up once a month for a few hours. We are looking for friendly, kind and caring adults to Volunteer and make a difference in the Portsmouth community. You don’t need to have any prior experience as any relevant training and support will be provided in advance of being matched to a Buddy. |
